1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Skinprint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. Your continued use of Skinprint following any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using Skinprint on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such organization or entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Skinprint is a web-based platform that provides entertainment and informational content related to skin analysis, skincare recommendations, and beauty insights. Our service uses algorithms and data processing to generate personalized content and recommendations based on user input and preferences.

The Skinprint platform includes the following features:

Skinprint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice. We may also introduce new features, tools, or services subject to these Terms of Service.

3. User Accounts

To access premium features of Skinprint, you must create a user account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify Skinprint immediately of any unauthorized account access

• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent payment obligations or service restrictions

Skinprint reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in ways inconsistent with the intended purpose. Upon termination, your access to the service and associated content will be immediately revoked.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Pricing and Billing

Skinprint offers a subscription service at a recurring monthly rate of $19.00 USD per month. This subscription provides access to all premium features and content available on the platform.

By initiating a subscription, you authorize Skinprint to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Billing occurs on the same day of each month as your initial subscription date. If your subscription date falls on a day that does not exist in a particular month (such as the 31st), billing will occur on the last day of that month.

You acknowledge that the amount charged may vary due to changes in applicable taxes, currency exchange rates, or promotional pricing adjustments. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account in a timely manner.

4.2 Payment Methods

Skinprint accepts various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other digital payment options. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that all information you submit is accurate and truthful.

All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Skinprint does not store complete credit card information on our servers. Your payment information is handled in accordance with industry-standard security protocols and applicable data protection regulations.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Skinprint subscription at any time by accessing your account settings and selecting the cancellation option, or by contacting our support team at support@skinprint.qfhq.io. Cancellation requests submitted before your monthly billing date will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your paid subscription period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of your subscription, and you will not be charged for future billing cycles after your current subscription period expires.

If you cancel your subscription and subsequently wish to resume service, you may reactivate your account at any time. Your previous data and preferences may be retained according to our data retention policies.

4.4 Refund Policy

Skinprint offers a limited refund policy as follows:

• Cancellation Refunds: No refunds will be issued for subscription fees already paid. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Service Disruption Refunds: If Skinprint experiences a service outage or technical failure that prevents you from accessing the platform for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rata refund for that period. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service disruption.
• Billing Errors: If you are incorrectly charged due to a billing error on our part, we will issue a refund or credit to your account within 30 business days of your request. Contact support@skinprint.qfhq.io to report billing errors.
• Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for a single subscription period due to a system error, contact our support team immediately with documentation of the duplicate charge. We will investigate and issue appropriate refunds.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge. Skinprint reserves the right to verify any refund request and may deny refunds that do not meet the criteria outlined above.

4.5 Failed Payments and Suspension

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, invalid payment method, or other reasons, Skinprint will attempt to reprocess the payment using the payment method on file. If payment continues to fail after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended until payment is received.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains current and valid. Skinprint is not liable for service interruptions resulting from failed payments or expired payment methods.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, design, graphics, text, images, video, information, software, and other materials available on Skinprint are the exclusive property of Skinprint or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Skinprint for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from Skinprint without written permission
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Skinprint content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the underlying code or algorithms
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to Skinprint or its content
• Scrape, crawl, or automate data collection from the platform
• Use Skinprint content for commercial purposes

Any unauthorized use of Skinprint content or intellectual property may result in civil and criminal penalties. Skinprint actively protects its intellectual property rights and will take appropriate legal action against infringement.

User-generated content submitted to Skinprint remains your property. However, by submitting content to Skinprint, you grant Skinprint a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce such content for the purposes of operating and improving the service.

6. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to use Skinprint in any manner that:

• Violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others
• Transmits viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to Skinprint systems or user accounts
• Interferes with the normal operation of the platform
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses other users
• Submits false, misleading, or defamatory information
• Engages in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Circumvents payment systems or security measures
• Uses automated tools to extract data or manipulate the platform

Skinprint reserves the right to terminate accounts and take legal action against users who engage in prohibited conduct.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKINPRINT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF SKINPRINT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SKINPRINT FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR YOUR USE OF SKINPRINT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Professional Advice

8.1 Entertainment and Informational Purpose

SKINPRINT IS PROVIDED STRICTLY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. SKINPRINT IS NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE, DIAGNOSTIC TOOL, OR SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. THE CONTENT, RECOMMENDATIONS, AND ANALYSIS PROVIDED BY SKINPRINT SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL SKINCARE ADVICE.

8.2 No Professional or Medical Advice

Skinprint does not employ dermatologists, medical professionals, or licensed skincare specialists. The algorithms, analysis, and recommendations generated by Skinprint are based on general information, user input, and entertainment algorithms, not professional medical evaluation or expertise.
